The PAIMAN model focuses on women empowerment as means to de-radicalization. The program aims to provide women with livelihood and life, critical thinking and dialogue skills, identify and tackle the early signs of extremism and create a Counter Narrative to extremist narratives. Moreover, it includes capacity building of school and Madrassa teachers, police women, women activists and political leaders of all faiths. The conductive environment includes trust building, sensitization, community ownership, and police, social welfare and local administration on board.
