Victoria Steven
Victoria joined Hedayah as the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer in June 2024. She manages Hedayah’s MEL efforts at a program and organizational level to provide technical and strategic MEL leadership across Hedayah’s full project portfolio.
Before Hedayah, Victoria worked as a research and MEL professional in the international development and humanitarian field for more than ten years. With organizations such as the International Rescue Committee, Concern Worldwide, and Save the Children, Victoria’s previous work focused on improving the quality and impact of interventions in various sectors including maternal and child health, education, gender-based violence, and economic development.
Victoria holds a Master’s degree from the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, and a Bachelor of Arts from the George Washington University.
