Violence Prevention Network (VPN) is an NGO including a network of experts in prevention of extremism and deradicalization. The organization uses prevention, intervention and de-radicalization approaches to violence prevention. The method of education of responsibility is implemented involving voluntariness, transparency in regard to roles, responsibilities and methods towards the clients, establishing a dialogue, building a stable long-term relationship and gaining insights rather than conditioning. Moreover, it is very important to have following measures in prison settings: workshops on civic education, open discussion groups, vocational training for prison and probation staff, group training with people at risk of radicalization, individual training with radicalized people, and stabilization coaching after release (link-up between prison and probation).
