This program aims to (1) Strengthen awareness, knowledge, capacity and cooperation (including information sharing) between responsible government officials from participating countries in the South and South East Asian region on effective measures to prevent and counter violent extremism and the radicalization, incitement and recruitment of individuals (including FTF’s) for terrorist purposes;
(2) Improve institutional capacity of national training institutions to provide sustainable, tailored training curricula and resources to criminal investigators, criminal justice and judicial officers on general and specialized aspects of countering terrorism supported.
