Dialogue and Communications Internship
The Dialogue and Communications Department intern will be working closely with the Hedayah team to deliver programs and projects funded by international donors.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Dialogue and Communications Program team in designing and executing strategic communications programs.
- Assist the Dialogue and Communications Program team in the development, management and implementation of specific programs/projects, from the creation of work-plans to implementation and finalization of activities, including the support on research, content development, workshops delivery and reporting.
- Support Hedayah’s Dialogue & Communications Program team with activities preparation; including support with logistics, note-taking, proofreading, thematic or geographical research.
- Perform other duties to support the Dialogue & Communications Department as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Students enrolled in a university or other accredited institution, at a graduate or postgraduate level; recent graduates or postgraduates, i.e. within one year of graduation; with a background in strategic communications, peacebuilding, international relations, political science, diplomacy.
- Excellent research, writing, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work virtually, autonomously and in a team.
- A well-organized, adaptable team player with the ability to perform various tasks and think creatively.
- Ability to deal with several stakeholders coming from diverse cultural backgrounds appropriately.
- Results-driven, proactive personality with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Interest in working in an international, multicultural environment.
Preferred:
- Interest in strategic communications, peacebuilding, countering extremism and violent extremism, international relations or related fields is preferred.
- Fluency in other languages, particularly Arabic, Albanian or Tagalog, will be considered an asset.
- Campaigning, Adobe Creative Suite and social media monitoring.
- Candidates from South East Asia or Western Balkans with experience working in or studying these contexts are strongly encouraged to apply.
