Adopting the Community-Oriented Policing Ethos in Training Academies (Nigeria)

This workshop builds upon past programming with the Nigerian Police Force, working directly with the Police College Ikeja.

It provided the opportunity to review key principles regarding how a community-oriented approach to policing can have a positive impact on P/CVE efforts. Additionally, the workshop discussed ways in which to further embed a community orientation throughout the curriculum and culture of the Police College Ikeja.
